We didn't find it very easy to centre the puzzle in the frame. It would look better if the backing were the same colour as the frame. In this case black. Other than the foregoing we are happy with the finished result.

Brought this frame for my unborn daughter as my husband and I were completing a puzzle to frame in her room. Expecting it to come before she was born with the 1-5 days time frame. Never came asked to be refunded was told it would be processed due to ‘ internal system errors’ and the order not going through. Went and purchased a new frame the same day. The next day I was informed she had double checked the system and it was processed. Why not check properly in the first place? It came after 12 days of ordering and now with my newborn I don’t have the time nor energy to return to the post office to return the item which is a mishap on their end. Not happy nor will be returning.

The jigsaw didn't exactly fit the frame, leaving maybe half a centremeter around the outside, can I suggest putting an edging on the board itself to act as a boarder, overall happy though

Good value for price. Fits my jigsaw puzzle well (the jigsaw is 47.9cm width, 67.8cm height). One thing is that in 2 opposite corners there are slight gaps, they can be shown on the photos, which could be improved. However, it's not a deal breaker for me. The transparent pane is plastic, but I prefer it over a glass pane at this size, as it would be unnecessarily heavy.
